Good going! Selling a home in Florida in 6 days is pretty amazing these days. I have two coworkers who moved from Florida to Texas about a year ago; one finally sold her house two months ago, but one is still trying to sell his. Congrats on making it happen in just 6 days, especially so close to asking price!

Is it me or do you have to click the arrow twice to get it to start? Not really crazy about the righthand side bar but yes you are right, the quality is better.
