East Lake Woodlands Community

Each month we feature a few East Lake Woodlands subdivisons. This month we want to tell you about Hunters Trail, Isleworth and Woodland Estates.

Hunters Trail is a great town home community in East Lake Woodlands. What’s so special about that? These are large town homes with vaulted ceilings and 2 car garages. Plus many sit on conservation lots that are so popular in the area.

Woodland Estates is a charming mature subdivision in East Lake Woodlands. Featuring homes from the 70s and 80s that many have been remodeled and upgraded. They have character and distinction due to their age and also the mature landscaping and tree lined streets. This is a great family area.

Isleworth has the luxury homes in a gated community in East Lake Woodlands. Average size is about 3500 sq. ft. and you can except to see gourmet kitchens, hardwood floors, and three car garages. This is a beautiful subdivision in an outstanding community.

East Lake Area

When making up our new website on the East Lake area we wanted to bring our customers some information on the local area. East Lake is very close to the beach in Tarpon Springs called Fred Howard Park. It’s close and it’s free! Many people drive to Fred Howard Park just to watch the sunset.

Another thing we added that we felt would be beneficial to families is a list of all the public and private schools with contact information. Along with that we included all the child care centers in the East Lake area because East Lake consists of many young families who would find this information helpful. Along those lines, we included a listing of all the churches East Lake has to offer, since many people are going back to basic family values these days.

We included shopping and golf course information as well. We are always open to adding more information that our customers feel is important.

Popular States to Visit or Retire To

What would be your first choice of a state to take a dream trip to or one
that you wish you lived in? Maybe you have a state you’re dreaming of retiring to or being a “snowbird” in. Hawaii might be first on your list and many people rave about trips to Alaska.

Florida is a popular vacation spot and a state that many retire to. Arizona is continually growing with snowbirds and transferees. California gets mixed reactions. Some love it, some have no inclination to ever live there. Many can’t afford to leave their state and buy a comparable property in CA.

Chicago gets a lot of relocating residents. Some people move out of the area only to return. Like many major cities, living in the hub of a large city might not be affordable for everyone or even desirable. That’s why many people choose suburbs that offer a quieter living pace and more affordable housing, such as purchasing Oak Lawn real estate. Tinley Park real estate is another popular, affordable commodity that still offers access to downtown Chicago. Orland Park is one of the top 100 U.S. cities to live in according to Money Magazine

Another fast growing area is the Las Vegas, Nevada area for more than just a vacation. Many people are relocating to the area which has caused price increases in an area that was once affordable.  Some people dream of New York but that also gets mixed reactions. Many can’t imagine living in New York City but others rave about New York’s rural beauty.

Wherever you’d like to visit or call home, we can refer you to an agent in any state and even different countries.
