  1. I haven’t been to Tampa in ages. From what I remember about Countryway and Bayport, there are a lot of options for shopping and local attractions. I forget; is Ybor City on the other side of town?

  2. I hear a great deal about Tampa Bay and have a strong interest in landing some ocean front property in an affordable part of the Florida coast. Can you tell me what the lowest dollar layout one can land at least a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place with around 1,000 square feet and a view of the ocean.

I have some money saved that is burning a hole in my pocket, LOL.
